At 16:00 on the afternoon of September 19, 2026, Hangzhou Zhengqiang Transmission Co., Ltd. successfully convened the 3th Reading Club Experience-Sharing Session. Centered on the book The Power of Others: Harnessing the Life-Changing Benefits of Human Connection, participants reflected on practical workplace scenarios, discussing how to seek and build “Level-Four Relationships” within team collaboration, so as to inject new momentum of interpersonal cooperation into the company’s high-quality development.

At the opening of the session, Mr. Pan, Deputy General Manager, delivered the opening speech. Referring to the intensifying competition across the auto-parts industry, he noted growing industry cut-throat rivalry and severe challenges confronting many peer enterprises. He also mentioned that a friend of his working in the auto-component sector is currently facing difficult business conditions. Mr. Pan emphasized that amid such market headwinds, Zhengqiang Transmission must rise to challenges and enhance internal capabilities. Only by delivering solid and thorough work on every task can the firm gain a firm foothold amid industry reshuffling. His realistic and thought-provoking remarks were widely acknowledged by all attendees.
Next, Ms. Yu, Sales Manager, shared her in-depth insights into “Level-Four Relationships” based on real-world team collaboration experience from daily work. She stated: “Level-Four Relationships are not merely discovered — they are built through interaction. I first need to become a trustworthy, attentive and accountable individual; the right people will naturally gravitate toward me. Pair big goals with small incremental steps. With teammates walking alongside one another, the team can go further. By practicing this, we can achieve success while staying fulfilled.” Her remarks closely integrated theories from the book with real-life collaboration scenarios for the sales team, combining inspiring ideas with actionable practices, and drew rounds of applause on site.
Director Ye Chunlai spoke next, linking the reading-club theme to shop-floor management realities. From the front-line management perspective, he explored approaches to building mutually-trusting, mutually-rewarding team bonds on the production floor, translating “the power of others” into improvements in both production efficiency and team cohesion.
The whole event featured lively discussions and active participation. Leaders and colleagues who attended commented that they had gained abundant take-aways. They deepened their understanding of The Power of Others, clarified ideas for relationship-building in department management through exchanges, and upgraded their management awareness and practical capabilities.
Beyond an exchange of ideas, this reading club represented further cultivation of corporate team culture. Zhengqiang Transmission will continue leveraging reading-club activities to foster a learning-oriented organization. The power of “Level-Four Relationships” will keep energizing team cooperation, supporting the company’s steady and long-term growth amid fierce industry competition.
