Management Trainees (Multiple Openings)
job responsibilities：
·Complete a 6-12 month rotation through various workshops.
·Placement into a specific role (Production Management, R&D/Technical, or Quality Management) will be determined based on work performance, personality, and individual strengths.Knowledge and Skills：
·Recent college graduate (Associate degree or higher) in a Mechanical Engineering or related field.
·Must be diligent and willing to work in a workshop environment during the rotation period. -
Production Operators (Ongoing Recruitment)
job responsibilities：
· Complete production tasks with quality and quantity as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.
· Positions include: CNC Machinist, Turner, Grinder, Assembler.
· Piece-rate pay system.Knowledge and Skills：
· Male applicants: Under 45 years old.
· Female applicants: Under 40 years old.
· Must be diligent.
